Blood Drive

Showcase your brand’s commitment to health, community, and purpose by sponsoring the official Blood Drive at AAPA 2026. This highly visible, mission-driven activation invites attendees to take a meaningful break and give back – one donation at a time.

Held in partnership with a nationally recognized blood donation organization, the Blood Drive provides a quiet, impactful space for attendees to give blood in a calm and professional setting – with your brand visibility supporting every step of the process.

In 2026, 103 collected units collected that is equivalent to 309 improved lives!

Located in the Wellness Area of the Expo, the Blood Drive will be open during Expo hours on Sunday, May 23 and Monday, May 24.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show & Onsite promotional recognition on Blood Drive conference materials
•Sponsor onsite signage at sponsored Blood Drive area
•Sponsor can provide pre-approved branded t-shirts for Blood Drive team to wear. Sponsor must submit proof of t-shirts to AAPA for approval by April 1, 2027. Sponsored shirts to be shipped to the advance warehouse prior to the show, AAPA will provide exact shipping details
•Sponsor logo/message included in e-thank you cards automatically emailed to attendees that donated blood
•Sponsor logo included in “I Donated” stickers for donators to wear during the conference.
•Sponsor can provide branded items (ex: reusable cold packs, compression stress balls, mini first-aid kits, lip balm, hand sanitizer, etc.) to be distributed to attendees that donated blood - Qty: 200. Sponsor to provide image/proof of item to AAPA for approval by April 9, 2027

•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
