National Medical Challenge Bowl - Supporting

Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show & Onsite promotional recognition and signage on Challenge Bowl conference materials
•Sponsor will provide one (1) 2-minute pre-recorded message to be aired during the Challenge Bowl. Sponsor can also provide two (2) short video "good luck"/"Rally" clips (max of 10 seconds) or images to be played at the beginning of the Challenge Bowl. Sponsor to submit recorded message file to AAPA by May 1, 2027
•Sponsor logo printed on the back of Challenge Bowl t-shirts (largest size and priority position)
•Sponsor to submit proof of seat drop to AAPA by April 9, 2027 for approval (the cost of the dropped item is not included in the sponsor fee and is to be provided by the sponsor). Sponsored seat drops to be shipped to the advance warehouse prior to the show, AAPA will provide exact shipping information once seat drop is approved. Sponsor is responsible for placing items on the seat prior to the Challenge Bowl (2 hour window). Qty: 1,200-1,500
•Thirty (30) Reserved VIP Seats located at the front of the Challenge Bowl. AAPA will provide the sponsor with VIP tickets for sponsor to distribute at their booth to promote their participation and access to priority seating.
•One (1) banner ad to run in PA Central Student eNewsletter in the weeks leading up to the event to PA students attending AAPA 2027. Sponsor to submit artwork and URL to AAPA by February 5, 2027. Specs: 728 x 90 – desktop version; Accepted formats: .jpg, .png, .gif.
