PA Student Networking Lounge

Connect with the Future of Healthcare! With the PA Student Networking Lounge, AAPA will design spaces to help students break the ice and make new friends, discuss topics important to them and their profession, and more. Offer PA students an opportunity to connect with other PA students at the PA Student Networking Lounge. The PA Student Networking Lounge will be setup in the Phoenix Convention Center (near the PA Student Presentation room) during the conference on Saturday, May 22 through Monday, May 24.

In addition to the networking, AAPA will be hosting a select number of PA student sessions in the lounge. Sponsor this opportunity and increase your brands visibility to the next generation of medical providers.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show & Onsite promotional recognition on PA Student Networking Lounge and PA Student Session materials.
•Sponsor onsite signage at the PA Student Networking Lounge Area and PA Student Sessions taking place in the lounge
•Sponsor can submit one (1) session slide that will play at the beginning of each session taking place in the lounge on a rotating loop. Sponsor to submit session slide to AAPA by April 9, 2027
•Sponsor to submit up to three (3) questions for a pre-event student survey – with response data shared in advance to help tailor sponsors outreach and conversations. Questions to be submitted to AAPA by April 1, 2027
•Sponsor branding incorporated into the interactive “Icebreaker Wall” with student responses to questions like “What inspired you to become a PA?”, “What is your biggest hope for your career?”, “What is your biggest challenge in becoming a PA?”
•Sponsor logo printed on ten (10) branded pillows to be placed on comfy furniture, provided by AAPA
•Sponsor logo/message printed on two (2) sets of bean bag toss – Specs: 2’(w) x 4’(h), hole will need to be cut out. Sponsor to provide artwork materials to AAPA no later than April 1, 2027
•Sponsor logo/message printed on clings to be placed on the tops of eight (8) tables – Specs: 30” Diameter. Sponsor to provide artwork materials to AAPA no later than April 1, 2027
•Sponsor can provide one (1) branded swag item to be distributed to conference attendees that visit the Student Networking Lounge (qty: 1,000). Sponsor to provide image/proof of swag item to AAPA for approval by April 9, 2027
