Immediately following the Main Stage on Saturday, May 22, join us for an evening of celebration at the AAPA 2027 Opening Reception, featuring a dynamic music theme, live entertainment, and delightful food and beverages. The event will run from 5 -7 p.m. in the AAPA Expo, offering attendees a chance to unwind and network. Sponsorship Includes:
•Your brand will be prominently recognized on Opening Reception conference materials, including the Conference Website, pre-promotional materials, and onsite signage
•Your logo will be incorporated into creative branding elements throughout the party, enhancing your visibility
•Your logo will be featured in one color on beverage napkins (qty: 3,500), provided by AAPA, ensuring your brand is front and center during the event.
•Sponsor can provide one (1) branded swag item to be distributed to conference attendees that visit the Opening Reception (qty: 7,500). Sponsor to provide image/proof of swag item to AAPA for approval by April 9, 2027
