Conference Registration

Be one of the very first brands attendees see as they begin their AAPA journey! This high-visibility sponsorship positions your company front and center throughout the attendee registration process - both pre-show and onsite - and continues with branded presence inside the official conference bag distributed to all registered attendees.

From the moment they register to the moment they walk through the doors, attendees will be engaging with your brand at every step.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor logo recognition at the onsite Attendee Registration areas (including Satellite areas at the Sheraton Phoenix Hotel, provided by AAPA)
•Sponsor banner ad included in the ad web banner rotation widget on the conference registration webpages (Registration: Rates, Hotels, Travel/Transportation and Phoenix City Guide). Sponsor banner ad (Specs; 728 x 90 – desktop version & 300 x 250 – mobile version) included on four (4) conference web pages. Sponsor can submit updated artwork to be switched out prior to the event. Banner ad will run from the time the creative is received (no earlier than October 21, 2026) through May 31, 2027. Sponsor to submit banner ad artwork (JPG, PNG or GIF) and URL to AAPA as soon as possible
•Sponsor banner ad included in the following Attendee emails: Registration Confirmation, Know Before You Go, and Scan-and Go Reminder. Footer – Specs: 600 pixels (w) x 220 pixels (h). Sponsor to submit banner ad (GIF and JPG are preferred formats for email graphics. PNG files are accepted along with native Photoshop or Illustrator files (we will convert them appropriately) and URL to AAPA as soon as possible.
•One (1) digital bag insert to be included in the attendee's registration platform. Sponsor to provide the following deliverables to AAPA by April 1, 2027: Title for bag insert, brief description of bag insert, one (1) PDF (max file size: 10MB), and one (1) URL link. AAPA will share attendee registration fields for insert to be applied to for target reach by February 1, 2027

•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
