Each monitor features a loop of sponsored and AAPA content, providing repeated visibility and a strong visual presence throughout the event.

Locations: Four (4) in the Lower Level outside Expo, Industry Sessions and Registration | Three (3) on Level 1 in the North Ballroom area outside of Main Stage and the National Medical Challenge Bowl room

Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor to submit four (4) image or video (max of 10 seconds) files to AAPA no later than April 9, 2027 – Specs: 1920x1080px, 96dpi - Image Format: JPG or Video: MP4 (no audio)
