Hotel Room Key Cards
Description
Introduce your company to more than 3,300+ conference attendees right when they check into their hotel room. Attendees who booked through the AAPA room block (twenty-three (23) hotels) will receive your branded key cards.
Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor company logo/message (disease state only, no product mention) printed on the front (only) of each hotel room key card.
•AAPA will provide exact specs and artwork guidelines to sponsor by January 31, 2027
•Sponsor to submit artwork materials to AAPA no later than March 25, 2027
In addition to the benefits listed above all event sponsors receive:
•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
