The ultimate PA takeover is back for its fifth year and we’re taking over one of Phoenix's most iconic venues, the Duce. We're also shutting down the streets around the venue to have the ultimate block party! This indoor and outdoor venue offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that will be unforgettable. PA Night Out is taking place on Monday, May 24 from 7 – 10 p.m. Admission is included in all PA and PA student full conference registrations!
Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show and Onsite promotional recognition on PA Night Out materials
•Your brand will be prominently recognized on PA Night Out conference materials, including the Conference Website, pre-promotional materials, and onsite signage
•Your logo will be incorporated into creative branding elements throughout the party, enhancing your visibility
•Eight (8) complimentary PA Night Out VIP tickets for your team and/or guests. VIP ticket includes: An elevated buffet dinner, an additional drink ticket, an exclusive VIP event space to access, and more with details to be announced.
•Reserved seating area for your eight (8) team members/guests in the VIP area
•Sponsor can provide one (1) branded item to be distributed to VIP attendees during the event (qty: 450). Sponsor to provide image/proof of swag item(s) to AAPA for approval by April 9, 2027

•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
