PA JobSource Career Fair Headshot Lounge

Professional headshots should be a painless process, so why not give attendees the opportunity to get a professional headshot taken during the conference. A professional photographer will be available in the PA JobSource Career Fair during event hours to photograph attendees. The headshot lounge can accommodate between 20-30 photos per hour. This opportunity will be on a first come first served basis. Participants will have their own photos emailed directly to them that will include sponsor branding.

PA JobSource Career Fair will take place inside the AAPA Expo on:
•Sunday, May 23 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
•Monday, May 24 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show and Onsite promotional recognition on PA JobSource Career Fair Headshot Lounge materials and area
•Two (2) day tabletop exhibit that includes the following: One (1) high rectangle table display, two (2) chair stools, two (2) brandable clings placed on the table display, one (1) recruiter badge, access to Wi-Fi, and a wastebasket
•Sponsor to submit logo/message artwork to AAPA to be printed on the inserts by April 1, 2027

Insert 1 (Backwall) – Specs: 38.75”(w) x 53.8175”(h)
Insert 2 (Side/Front) – Specs: 39”(w) x 36”(h) – recommend using company logo for this placement
•One (1) PA JobSource hiring site w/unlimited jobs for 90 days
•Tagged on the PA JobSource map as a participating employer•
•Sponsor branding incorporated into custom HTML email sent to participants with their photo
•Opportunity to provide a giveaway item for participants (subject to AAPA approval). Sponsor to submit giveaway description to AAPA by April 9, 2027 for approval. Once approved, AAPA will provide exact shipping instructions.
•Access to the attendees that were scanned and attended the PA JobSource Career Fair (available two weeks post conference)
