Upgrade Your Seat

The Upgrade Your Seat sponsorship is your opportunity to elevate both your brand presence and the attendee experience during one of the main stage sessions. As the sponsor of this activation, you’ll offer select attendees a luxurious upgrade from standard seating to a reserved VIP area featuring premium lounge furniture, refreshments, and your brand front and center.

AAPA will provide branded tickets for sponsor team to distribute to attendees with instructions to access the VIP lounge area – Qty: 25

Main Stage Sessions:
Saturday, May 23 from 3:30 – 5 p.m.
Monday, May 24 from 9 – 10:30 a.m.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor onsite signage at the VIP lounge area
•Two (2) sponsor representative (must be registered for the conference) are invited to greet with attendees in the VIP lounge area prior to the start of the Main Stage session
•Branded tickets for sponsor team to distribute to attendees to access the VIP lounge area, tickets will be provided to sponsor from AAPA
•Sponsor can provide up to two (2) branded items to be placed on the seats in the VIP lounge area – Qty: 25 each. Sponsor to provide image/proof of item(s) to AAPA for approval by April 9, 2027

*SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY NOT AVAILABLE IF: The company is a for-profit entity that develops, produces, markets, or distributes drugs, devices, services, or therapies used to diagnose, treat, monitor, manage, and alleviate health conditions.

In addition to the benefits listed above all event sponsors receive:
•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
