Creative Lounge

The Creative Lounge invites attendees to unwind and recharge in a vibrant, welcoming space designed to inspire. Whether its coloring, crafting, working on a puzzle, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or tea, the lounge offers a much-needed break from the conference hustle.

Located in a high-traffic area of the Phoenix Convention Center, the Creative Lounge will be open throughout the full duration of the conference – from Friday, May 21 through Tuesday, May 25.

The Creative Lounge includes:
•Comfy Lounge Furniture
•Complimentary coffee and tea service
•Interactive activity stations (coloring, puzzles, crafts, etc.)
•A digital display and branded step and repeat back wall

Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor onsite signage at the Creative Lounge Area
•Sponsor logo printed on four (4) branded pillows to be placed on comfy furniture, provided by AAPA
•Sponsor logo/message printed on four (4) clings placed on the tops of tables – Specs: 30” diameter. Sponsor to provide artwork materials to AAPA no later than April 1, 2027 - please reference artwork guidelines provided by AAPA.
•Sponsor to submit image or video files to be displayed on one (1) exclusive 60” digital monitor – Specs: 1920x1080, full HD, Format: Static File – JPEG or PNG (high resolution art files) or Video File – MP4, MOV or WMV (no audio). Sponsor to provide artwork materials to AAPA no later than April 1, 2027

In addition to the benefits listed above all event sponsors receive:
•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
