Convention Center Hanging Banners

This sponsorship includes five (5) single-sided hanging banners – giving your brand five (5) total visual touchpoints to engage attendees as they move through the Phoenix Convention Center. Whether you’re launching a product, driving booth traffic, or amplifying your brand message, this is your chance to be seen from all angles.

Sponsorship Includes:
•Sponsor logo/message printed on five (5) s/s hanging banners - Specs: 6’(w) x 8’(h) (print size). Sponsor to submit artwork materials to AAPA no later than April 1, 2027, please reference the artwork submission guidelines provided by AAPA.

•General Event Sponsor Recognition: Your brand will be featured on the conference website, in pre-promotional materials, and on event signage
•Priority Booth Selection: Your company will receive access to select your booth space for AAPA 2028 in advance to other exhibitors (available to AAPA 2027 exhibitors only)
•Access to Attendee Registration Lists: Receive the pre and post-conference attendee mailing registration lists (available four weeks before the conference) to maximize your engagement efforts
