House of Delegates Industry Session Lunch - Saturday, May 22

The House of Delegates represents a powerful network of PA leaders and influencers from 58 chapters across 50 states, the District of Columbia, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, as well as federal service chapters, specialty organizations, caucuses, and PA students. With an anticipated attendance of 350-500 delegates and board representatives, this is your opportunity to engage with the key decision-makers shaping the PA profession.

One (1) HOD industry session lunch will be taking place per day, per time slot.

Date/Time: Saturday, May 22 from 12:15 – 1 p.m.
Room Setup: Mixed Seating based off the HOD room setup
Please note: Industry Sessions are only for disease state awareness (non specific product promotion) and are not approved for CME credits

Sponsorship Includes:
•Pre-Show and Onsite sponsor logo recognition on HOD meeting materials
•Sponsor onsite signage at the Industry Session area
•One (1) 45-minute session held in the HOD meeting room at the Sheraton Phoenix Hotel
•Access to the session recording (raw video) - includes a downloadable link provided within 15 days post-conference, no editing included, content may be used for post-conference engagement and internal or external distribution
•The stage setup includes a podium, two (2) LCD projectors and screens, a confidence monitor, a laptop, one (1) lav microphone and one (1) podium microphone, one (1) standing audience mic, a laser pointer, and a sound amplification and mixer system. Additional fees for furniture and A/V based off sponsor needs
•Sponsor to submit session title, description, speakers name, bio and headshot photo to AAPA by April 1, 2027
•Sponsor can provide one (1) piece of approved literature (medical information) to be placed on the seats or at the back table by AAPA prior to the start of the session. Sponsor to submit proof of literature to AAPA by April 16, 2027 for approval, the cost of the item is not included in the sponsor fee and is to be provided by the sponsor. Approved literature to be shipped to the advance warehouse prior to the show. AAPA will provide exact shipping information once literature is approved.
•Three (3) registration badges that will provide access to the Expo, Main Stage Sessions, and CME sessions (not eligible to claim CME)
•Sponsor can provide one (1) piece of approved literature (medical information) to be placed on the seats or at the back table by AAPA prior to the start of the session. Sponsor to submit proof of literature to AAPA by April 16, 2027 for approval, the cost of the item is not included in the sponsor fee and is to be provided by the sponsor. •Sponsor can provide two (2) promotional signs (must be able to fit on an easel, provided by AAPA) to promote session. Sponsor to submit sign proofs to AAPA for approval by April 16, 2027. AAPA will provide exact shipping information once signage is approved
•AAPA will provide access to the HOD attendee list post-conference (within two (2) weeks)
•AAPA will provide meal and beverage for HOD attendees
