Branded Conversation & Charging Lounge Sponsorship
Description
Your custom branding exclusively on the dedicated charging lounge located in the conference main foyer, directly between access to the Expo Hall, registration, technical sessions, Keynote Session ballroom, Division lunches, etc. The lounge space is built to include your custom graphics (on SME provided template) splashed on a 604"W x 192"H backdrop of the lounge area. Your graphics (on SME provided template) clung on top of the three long tables in the lounge area. The space can accommodate 24 guests on padded seats around high bistro-style tables, fit with electrical outlets for up to 20 users. Your branding will be a focal point of the conference foyer for four days, Sunday - Wednesday. Sponsor may bring additional branded swag for attendees to use in this space throughout the week.
