Founding Partner Package
Description
A stadium gets founded once. Founding Partners are the brands that commit to this building before it exists, and are recognized inside it, permanently, for having done so. They shape where their name sits while the design is still open. They activate through the build rather than waiting for opening day. And they lock their category for the length of the agreement, in a market where the competitor across the street is having this same conversation.
CORE ASSETS
Permanent founding recognition within the stadium, surviving the term of the agreement; first right of refusal on category assets as the design finalizes; input on asset placement and treatment while the design remains open; pre-opening activation rights across construction storytelling, milestone events and site access; inclusion in the opening-day founding class and all associated announcement, content and launch moments.
RIGHTS
Category exclusivity for the full term; founding designation in all partner communications and on club channels; first right of refusal on new assets created within the partner's category through opening; first right of refusal on inaugural season rights.
PARTNERSHIP TERM
Minimum ten-year initial term, commencing at signature rather than at opening. Fees run at a reduced pre-opening rate from execution through the 2030 season, stepping to full rate at opening, with a fixed annual escalator thereafter. The reduced rate is consideration for design risk taken by the partner.
Assets are scheduled rather than fixed at signature. The agreement locks tier, category and fee; the asset exhibit is populated at defined design milestones, with stated minimums and substitution rights if the design moves. Any asset that cannot be delivered as specified is replaced at equivalent value.
Blackout and make-good provisions apply to major events subject to clean-venue requirements, including Super Bowl, NCAA championships and FIFA competition. Data and audience-based assets reset to market at opening.
