For four years, the most-watched piece of ground in Kansas City will be a construction site. Traffic passes it daily. Local news covers every milestone. Fans drive out to look at it for no reason other than wanting to see it happen.
This package owns that view. Branded perimeter hoarding along the public frontage, presence on the site entry gateway, structure and crane banners where permitted, and presenting rights on the construction camera feed and build documentary content. It reaches an audience that has no ticket and no reason to be there beyond caring how the building is coming along.
It is also the only inventory in the stadium program that works before the stadium does. A partner signing in 2027 is visible for four years before the first game.

Production Details
Partner supplies print-ready creative to Chiefs specification; Chiefs manage fabrication, installation and removal. Minimum two creative refreshes per year across the build period. All placements subject to general contractor safety approval, site logistics sequencing, and Wyandotte County sign code — crane and structure banners in particular are frequently denied and should be treated as conditional rather than guaranteed.
