A: Yes. Clarity is SME’s official sponsorship management platform. Map Your Show will remain SME’s official exhibitor platform.

Q: Will previous sponsors receive the first opportunity to renew their sponsorship?

A: Yes. MINEXCHANGE 2026 sponsors will receive a first right to renew the sponsorship they held in 2026. Once first rights open on 8/26/2026, they will have two weeks to renew before the opportunity becomes available for public purchase.

Q: What happens if multiple companies request the same available sponsorship?

A: Once a sponsorship is publicly available, opportunities are awarded in the order requests are received, based on the request timestamp. Previous sponsors with a first right to renew will have their exclusive renewal period before the opportunity is opened to other companies.

Q: Will SME still provide a complete sponsorship opportunities PDF?

A: Yes. SME will continue to provide a downloadable sponsorship opportunities packet for sponsors who prefer to review the full menu in one document. The PDF will be available within each conference module in Clarity and on each conference’s “Sponsorship Opportunities” webpage.

A: MINEXCHANGE 2027 sponsorship opportunities are now live in Clarity. Opportunities reserved for 2026 sponsors will be visible but unavailable for public purchase during the two-week first-right renewal period.

Q: Is SME membership required to use Clarity?

A: No. SME membership is not required to use Clarity. Team members responsible for managing your company’s sponsorship—including marketing, accounting, and other staff—can be added to your organization’s Clarity account.

Q: What if someone else at my company needs to sign the sponsorship agreement?

A: Your sponsorship can be managed by multiple members of your organization. You can invite additional team members to your company profile in Clarity so the appropriate authorized representative can review and sign the agreement.

Q: What are the payment terms, and when is my sponsorship officially secured?

A: Standard payment terms remain net 30 days. Your sponsorship is confirmed once SME approves your sponsorship request in Clarity. Once approved, you will automatically receive your invoice and order number confirming the sponsorship is yours.

Q: Can my company pay using a purchase order?

A: Yes. If your organization requires a purchase order, the SME Sponsorship team can work with you to accommodate your company’s purchasing process.

Q: Will I receive an email notification if someone sends me a message through Clarity?

A: Yes. Clarity will send email notifications when there is activity requiring your attention, so you do not need to continuously monitor the platform.

Q: Is there a Clarity mobile app?

A: Clarity does not currently have a dedicated mobile app; however, the platform can be accessed through your web browser.

Q: How will I know an email from Clarity is legitimate?
