8’ folding tables (4–6 per station). Branded table covers: 6’ fitted polyester with full-color print. Branded cups (optional): 12 oz paper or compostable. Signage: coroplast A-frame signs 100–200 meters ahead of station.

Station footprint: 20’L x 8’W per side. Advance signage: 24” x 18” A-frame. Table covers: 6’ fitted. Branded cups: 12 oz.
Other Notes
Sponsor may supply product (sports drinks, water, electrolytes) for direct sampling. Trash bins positioned 50 yards past each station. If sponsor provides branded cups, quantity needed: 5,000+ (2 per runner, both stations).
