Suggested Material
Sponsor-provided promotional items: product samples, branded merchandise, coupons, trial offer cards, or flyers. Insert format: single item or poly-bagged bundle per packet. Examples: G.E.H.A. toothbrush, Chiefs Fit free trial card, branded swag.
Suggested Size
Inserts should fit within standard race packet bag (approx. 10” x 14” drawstring bag). Individual items: no larger than 6” x 9” for easy insertion. Flyers/cards: standard postcard size (4” x 6” or 5” x 7”).
Other Notes
Quantity: 2,500+ (one per registrant). All insert items must be approved by Chiefs events team before inclusion. Items must be individually packaged and sorted prior to delivery. Direct-to-hand guaranteed impressions with every packet.
