Description
At Midyear, Holland & Knight anchors a signature moment. Either an owned “HK Lounge @ Night” evening reception the firm hosts and controls end to end (with ABA approval, promotion, and “own the night” exclusivity options). Or, an extension of the HK Lounge for the duration of the meeting during the day so the concept becomes a recognizable staple across the calendar. Final format to be selected with the Holland & Knight and as coordinated/approved with ABA Tax meetings team.
ABA Tax will provide a 20x20 space for Holland & Knight hospitality lounge in a central, high-traffic location where attendees gather, if activating the HK Lounge during the day
Holland & Knight will be responsible for lounge or reception design theme (as approved by the ABA Tax Section) and responsible for the cost of food and beverage, as well as cost to furnish the space (if activating the HK Lounge) or cost of space (if activating a HK Lounge @ Night reception).
