Description
Invite meeting participants to a pre-scheduled, 15-minute VIP booth appointment in the Business Exchange before the exhibit hall officially opens. As a VIP Business Meeting Sponsor, you’ll have exclusive access to the exhibit hall on Friday and Saturday mornings, up to 6 appointments providing a dedicated opportunity to connect with meeting participants.
Sponsor’s role: Create and send invite and sign-up form using ASA provided templates, order any F&B through the venue, and create your VIP business pitch session to identify challenges, present solutions, and close with next steps and follow-up post meeting.
