Description
Center Stage in the Exhibit Hall offers an energetic and dynamic opportunity for companies to share compelling thought leadership with the audience through 20-minute presentations.
Sponsorship includes:
20-minute session (block for 30 mins, for a Q&A at the end for 10 mins). 1-hour session slots available for an additional cost.
Session details will be listed on conference website, in the meeting app, and digital signage at Center Stage.
Limited to no more than four (4) panelists
Session video/audio recording included and a downloadable link will be provided 2-weeks after show close.
Center Stage area includes:
65” LED monitor mounted on back-wall of Center Stage for use of the display of the company logo or PPT slides/video.
Podium with laptop/microphone, and options for wireless mics
Seating for 100
Stage set with four chairs
Optional box lunch - Sponsor to arrange and cover costs separately with the SDCC catering team.
