Description

The most commanding physical media presence available at Westgate Entertainment District: two large-format static billboard faces sold exclusively as a pair (Signs 1B and 2B or Signs 5A and 6A). Sign one measures 54 feet high by 28.5 feet wide (1,539 sq ft of display face); sign two measures 59 feet high by 43.5 feet wide (2,566 sq ft of display face). Together, that's more than 4,100 square feet of static brand presence towering over one of the West Valley's busiest entertainment and sports corridors. These are the largest fixed advertising surfaces at Westgate, visible from major roadways and the surrounding area year-round, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, sold exclusively to one brand.

Suggested Size

Provide print-ready files at 1:10 scale at 100 DPI (equivalent to ~10 DPI at full size — standard for large-format outdoor). Separate files for each sign face. Minimal fine text — designs must read at distance from roadway.

Other Notes

Hard exclusivity — 1 pair, 1 brand, annual. Lead time for large-format vinyl printing is typically 2–3 weeks from file approval; plan accordingly. Confirm number of face changes included in annual rate with Westgate (typically 1–2 per year). This is the only confirmed static billboard inventory at Westgate — significant differentiator from the LED network.
