Description
Exhibitor Suite Conference Rooms are available for companies interested in private meetings in the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor suite (15' x 15') rentals include -- Hard wall room with door, carpeted floor, and items listed below. To reserve an Exhibitor Suite complete the Exhibitor Suite Application and return it to sc@heiexpo.com
Meeting with your customers during the following hours:
Monday 7:00 pm -9:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Each suite includes the following furnishings:
One (1) - Madison 10' Conference Table
Ten (10) - Black Diamond Side Chairs
One (1) - Wastebasket
One (1) 6' x 30" W Draped Table
Exhibitors with a 20x20 or larger are eligible.
Please note: Access into the Exhibitor Suites prior to Exhibit Hours, between 8:00am - 10:00am, will be exclusively at the Ballroom C entrance. Other operating hours from the Ballroom A Main Entrance and Ballroom C.
