Custom Chapter Program Offering
Description
Connect with the ACRP community at the grassroots level by offering a custom education program or networking activity for ACRP’s network of 40+ Local Chapters.
Sponsor's program will be promoted as follows:
Email from ACRP to all Chapter Leaders announcing and promoting Sponsor's education or event activity offer to Chapters. Sponsor can select specific Chapters or offer to all ACRP Chapters.
Continual promotion as an available resource to Chapter Leaders in the online Chapter Leader Toolkit.
ACRP chapter liaison will make connection between Chapter and Sponsor should a Chapter want to take advantage of Sponsor's education/activity offer. Sponsor will work directly with Chapter Leaders to execute.
Sponsor's Chapter Program Offer will be supported and offered for 1-year, after which an ongoing or additional Chapter Program Offers will need to be renewed for another year.
Rules of Engagement:
The following is required prior to contract signature to ensure all parties are aligned:
ACRP must review and approve Sponsor's Chapter education or activity offer including Education Program/Activity title, description, and presenter bios. * Note that sponsors are limited to 3 presenters for education offering.
Parameters around any Chapter limitations or exclusions. ACRP encourages and is more likely to approve Sponsor Offer that is offered to all Chapters rather than limiting to only a few.
Additional requirements and disclaimers:
While ACRP cannot guarantee Sponsor's program will be selected by a Chapter, ACRP will facilitate the connection between Sponsor and Chapter as a prospective event partner and sponsor, as noted above.
Mutually agreed upon Chapter Program title, description, and presenter bios are required at least 90 days prior to promotion start date.
ACRP reserves the right to provide feedback and require changes to titles and descriptions. ACRP also maintains the right to deny any Sponsored Chapter Program Offer requests at its sole discretion.
ACRP Chapters may reserve their own right to review and approve Sponsor's program slides by a certain deadline prior to event date.
Sponsor Chapter Program (education/activity) will under no circumstance be pre-approved to provide ACRP Contact Hours or any other unit of continuing education credit.
