Conference Bag Inserts

Conference Bag Inserts provide exhibitors and sponsors with a powerful, high-impact way to connect directly with professional attendees. Placed inside the official conference bag distributed at registration, each insert guarantees delivery into the hands of every participant.

Maximum size of insert is a flat 8 1/2” x 11”.

Once approved, mailing instructions and printing quantity will be shared.

AHA has to pre-approve ALL promotional artwork/ signage.

Please remember to add “PAID ADVERTISEMENT” to the top of the graphic.

If promoting an industry presentation, the following disclaimer must appear on ALL marketing materials in at least 10-point Helvetica (or similar font type): “This event is not part of the official EPI/Lifestyle Conference 2027 as planned by the American Heart Association Committee on EPI/Lifestyle Programming.”
